Perseverance

 Perseverance is the ability to power through a problem, situation, or dilemma.
I have had to persevere a lot through out my life. Mostly since my parents had divorced.
My favorite story of this is the movie RENT. That is all the movie is about. It shows what it means to work for what you want, not sit and let the problems win.
This movie is a true image of perseverance.
My favorite quote from RENT is during the scene with Roger and Mimi in the apartment. "There's only us, there's only this, forget regret, or life is yours to miss. No other road, no other way, no day but today"

Cheating

Cheating is something that is very mental in its execution. It takes the mind and will to do it. Most people do it out of desperation. Or fear of failure. It is rarely done with a free open mind. Cheating doesn't really help the person and the people that do it don't really care about if they learn, because they want a good grade to get out of school, instead of sticking with it. By getting out early though, they run into the slap in the face of the world quicker than if they go for the quality education.

Laughter

Well, what makes me laugh is basically anything. Puns, jokes, roasts, silly and ridonkulous Youtube stars, and so on. I get a lot of humor. Like terrible puns. Similar to "I couldn't stand to be without my legs" or "If it goes by car, it's a shipment. But if it goes by ship, it's cargo". I laugh at everything. And since i'm a brony, I love every bit of it.

Like A Leaf

If I were a leaf, and autumn was a few weeks away, I would feel good that I have done my job, and it was time to go. Being a leaf is hard work, so when the time of the beautiful autumn comes, I know it was all worth it.

Corked Memories

We were asked by our English teacher to describe things about a corked memory, like what it was, how often we would open it, etc.
I would cork the the day I met my girlfriend. I would open that memory very often. The uncorking would be with a flurry of colors and music and sounds shooting from the bottle, portraying the day around me. And I could walk through it all, step by step. Always learning more about that day and seeing it all again. And I would share this with her, so we could experience it all over again. And go through those magical moments when time stopped for a couple seconds, and all was great.
